The steak your dad needs for Fathers Day

Your dad deserves a steak that can do it all, just like he does.

Round steak is a big cut of steak. They have the most meat and little fat, just enough to make it flavorful. They also can do a lot of jobs. They can be good all by themselves as the main man of the show, or be used to make something else.

I took this steak and cut thin strips for stir fry and used the other half to cut into thinly shredded pieces for steak sandwiches. What is your dads favorite steak dish?

Making this steak won’t take all day like some of dad’s jobs, but it will taste like it did. Some simple spices of: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and seasoning salt on both side will give your steak a great flavor while still being able to taste the steak.

I used a propane blackstone grill to cook this steak, but whatever method your dad prefers will work. I used a medium heat and did 7-10 minutes on each side. I wanted a fully cooked look as I am using this steak for sandwiches and stir fry.
