Farm fresh milk is more than just milk. You can make all your own dairy products; butter, cream cheese, yogurt, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese. When you make your own products you can be assured that they are fresh and do not have any preservatives or added dyes. Besides that reason, it is a fact that farm fresh milk is packed full of vitamins, minerals, and enzyms that aid in the digestion.
